How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location:

What is your return policy?
At A. Veer, we want you to feel confident in every step. If your purchase isn’t the right fit, our return and exchange process is straightforward and easy to follow.
1. General Returns:
1.1. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return through our return portal.
1.2. Items must be unworn, in brand-new condition, with tags attached and all original accessories included.
1.3. A $30 fee will be applied for any missing accessories.
1.4. Items showing excessive creasing, scuffing, or wear will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Please try on footwear indoors and use a shoe horn to prevent damage.
2. Exchanges:
2.1. We offer exchanges for all U.S. customers directly through our return portal.
Instant Exchange Option:
2.2. Your replacement item ships immediately—without waiting for the original to arrive back.
2.3. The full value of the item is placed on temporary hold on your payment method.
2.4. You have 10 days to return the original pair.
2.5. If the item is not returned within the required timeframe, the held amount will be charged.
3. Return Shipping:
3.1. USA Orders:
3.1.1. Returns are free when you select the RE:DO $1.50 return protection at checkout.
3.1.2. If RE:DO is not selected, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund—no upfront payment required.
3.1.3. All exchanges qualify for free return shipping.
3.1.4. Final Sale items are excluded from RE:DO:

If your order contains only Final Sale items, RE:DO will not appear at checkout.

If your order includes both regular and Final Sale items, RE:DO applies only to the regular-priced item(s).
3.2. International Orders:
3.2.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
3.2.2. Items must be returned within 30 days in new, unworn condition with all accessories included.
3.2.3. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, but taxes and duties will be refunded.
3.2.4. Missing accessories incur a $30 fee.
3.2.5. A tracking number must be provided.

4. Final Sale Items:
4.1. Products marked with a “Final Sale” badge are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
5. About RE:DO:
5.1. RE:DO offers easy, $1.50 return protection at checkout.
5.2. Includes free return shipping and protection for lost, stolen, or damaged returns.
5.3. File claims directly through our return portal for a fast resolution.
6. How to Return Your Items:
6.1. Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, placed inside a separate protective shipping box.
6.2. Returns sent with a label directly on the shoe box or mailed in a bag will incur a 20% restocking fee.
6.3. Once the return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
6.4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
7.1. Damages must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
7.2. Email photos to support@a-veer.com so we can assist quickly.
7.3. Color variations due to lighting, screens, or photography are not considered defects.
8. Price Match Policy:
8.1. During sale events on our website, we offer a price adjustment if the price of an item you purchased drops within 14 days (two weeks) from the date the sale went live.
8.2. Price adjustments apply only to the same product, color, and size currently listed at a lower price.
8.3. We only price match against select authorized retailers that carry genuine A. Veer products.
8.4. We do not price match or adjust prices based on third-party marketplace sellers or unauthorized platforms, including (but not limited to) Amazon, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, or independent resale sites.
8.5. All price match requests must be submitted to support@a-veer.com with proof of the advertised price.

Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?
Yes, you can exchange for any item though our return portal.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement once processed.
How do I process my return from third party retailer ? (Macys, DSW, Nordstrom etc.)
You will need to contact the retailer's support team where you made your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased directly from our online store.

Yes! A.Veer gift cards are available for purchase online and can be used for any product in our store.

Only one promo code can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined.
