We want you to step confidently in every pair of A.Veer shoes. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return process is simple and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must include all accessories (dust bags, shoe inserts, etc.).
- Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Return Shipping Policy
- Returns are not free, but we make the process easy by providing a prepaid shipping label.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This amount is determined by the carrier's standard shipping rates—no additional fees or markups.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@a-veer.com with your order details and reason for return.
- We will email you a prepaid return label and securely package your items.
- Drop off at your nearest courier location.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection. It may take up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect on to your statement after the refund has been processed.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@a-veer.com for a replacement.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired size or style.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
